Everything has been working fine with this customer for months. Suddenly overnight, I start getting one-way audio on inbound calls only (outbound works fine with 2-way audio).
Under LAN1>Network Topology, I have set to Unknown, refresh at 30 secs, The public IP address set and 5060 for UDP and TCP.
On the SIP trunk, for Local Domain I have the public IP address, transport is us-east-va.sip.flowroute.com
Flowroute is claiming that because I am sending "c=IN IP4 10.0.0.250" that is the reason and they are apparently sending the RTP to the private address.
I am not in a position right now to switch carriers although I am making steps to do so after this is cleared up as they never accept blame nor attempt to fix anything on their side.
Any input would be appreciated.
