Floating Point Adder, Multiplier

I would like to create functions or procedures to add and multiply floating point numbers (single precision). I would also need a function or procedure to convert the numbers from integers to floating point and back. Everything I have found so far hasn't been in a function or procedure form. Any suggestions?

They are working on a floating point synthesis package for VHDL and Verilog based on IEEE 754.

It likely has more than you need and most of it seems to work fine.
