floating error in aloha POS

Dear POS Guru's,

I would like to ask why this error of "floating point support not loaded" always occured in Aloha ver 6.5.16 QS,. we always encountered this error and having problem on fixing this.

Hoping that you can give me the best solution for this.

Try going to [Control Panel][Regional and Language Options] and uncheck everything under "Supplimental Language Support

Thanks, but we tried that already and still we encounter the same error..

Was this something that has been occuring since the beginning or did this just happen when you upgraded to that version of aloha?

no version upgrade was been made. We're using the aloha 6.5 for a month already when that error occured.

If this is still occuring you may have a virus. Run a virus scan on server and terminals. This was the fix the last time I had this issue.
