flex "out of memory"problem

On our Wan network, we've got a strange problem, We've got a citrix farm, when people work from one location and the next day on a different location (same farm) they receive an "out of memory" message. When we clean the flex folder, they can work again until next time.

Does anyone has an answer?

I didn't add the complete error: Metaframe presentation server client: wsica32.exe application error. The instruction 0x66923678 reference memory@0x011B400 The memory could' not be written".
