Hi and Firstly many thanks for the help I have already received on this forum

I have nearly finished programming my inherited ldk 100 system (after a few false starts and wrong turns)

I have come accross a couple of questions I have not been able to locate answers for.

1) How to restrict outside line access to an extension unless a code is used.

2) How to program flex keys 1-12 (I have programmed flex keys 13-30 but get the Invalid message when attempting to program the others)

3) Is it possible to attach a analog phone to an extension that automatically calls a group for example 620 when the receiver is lifted

my system details can be found in this previous post

Many Thanks

Bill]

Just an Update I have now figured out Question 2

it was in PGM 115 the handsets were inhereting there button assignments from there.

Some answers:

1) How to restrict outside line access to an extension unless a code is used.
Check authorization codes in PGM227, or check barring tables in PGM224 and PGM116.

2) How to program flex keys 1-12 (I have programmed flex keys 13-30 but get the Invalid message when attempting to program the others)
-> I guess that you found out yourself.

3) Is it possible to attach a analog phone to an extension that automatically calls a group for example 620 when the receiver is lifted.
-> Check PGM122. Use option 4 for the extension number, that your hot line should go to.
