Can you change the number of digits allowed in Flen in LD 87? I need to insert 14 for FLEN, but the switch is only allowing me to go no higher than 10.

The docs say you should be able to put in up to 24 digits in LD 87 FLEN. Look at you CDB NET_DATA, There is a settings there for VNR Yes or no that may be affecting the number of digits, if you are using VNR.

FLEN only controls the when to dial to bypass the end of dialing timer. The dsc's,tsc's and lsc's will only accept 4 to 7 digits.

Thanks for your response. We are not using VNR. I'm not sure if anyone has had any experience with Vocera. I am trying to pass a dial string received from Vocera over to another trunk. The problem that I am experiencing is that the dial string is too long to use CDP. We have an RLI built to point to the route of the Trunk that we are tring to pass the dial string to. Using CDP it only allows 10 digits to be passed, and I need up to 16 digits for the dial strings. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I'm puzzled on this one. The book states that 24 digits can be entered.

What software release is your Meridian system?. Also, are you using DSC or TSC. Have you tried both of them?.

If it's working, then leave it alone!.

My vendor is stumped too. I have it configured as a DSC.

Have you tried setting up a ACD queue and NCFW it but using the routes ACOD and the rest of your digits?. Also have you tried using a Phantom DN with the same setup as the ACD NCFW via the ACOD?. Just a thought I had.

The tail end of the dial string that I am trying to pass will differ each call.
