I have an analog expansion module connected to my Avaya IP office 500 V2, that is running 8.1.95. I have tried to reboot the control unit several times after having all three expansion modules powered up. Expansion modules one and two come up and are active on the IP office. Expansion module 3 is an analog expansion module. The status light continues to flash green indefinitely (Module starting up / Loading firmware). When I connect the "blue cable to the DTE port and set my serial port adapter to (38400 - 8/N/1) I try to quick start the Module. But I get the following error :"VP_DEV_EVID_TS_ROLLOVER." Should I order a new 700449507? Thanks in Advance,

Replace the link cable and connect to a different port as well before putting your hand in your pocket.

Flashing green means boot up ok but no connection to the main processor.
Reasons are different it can be the cable, port, processor port or some other weird crap so try the suggestions that IPOLackey mentioned and it should be fine except if it is the port on the expansion module itself.
