flash video upload in swf file?

im trying to upload a flash video which i have inserted as part of a flash movie im building. If i upload the flash video through macromedia on its own it works perfectly but when uploaded within a published swf file the video does not show but the rest of the movi clip does show. is it not possible to do this?

its cool i have worked it out. it was embedded on the timeline, thanks anyhow
