flash standalone executable

I have received many fash.exe files through my email.

Ho can i create a flash standalone executable from my Flsah movies.

file>make projector

That would be File->Create Projector...

But if you have their .flas, you can also publish projector files (Mac & Windows) from within the Flash application.
File->Publish Settings...

but I do not have any commands under file>Create projector or make projector

I can create the exe under publish setting though.

The File->Create Projector... bit is not within the Flash application, but running a simple .swf locally in your standalone & test projector.
