FLASH PROBLEMS WITH CICS ??

I have a cics system with release 5 software and a flash with 1.7 software. I cannont get the cics to see the flash. I have been through the threads and cannot find the key to my problem. I have done the hyperterminal thing and this is what comes up:
base alarm 014, could not start access 2
then something about func term, then it reboots again and again.....

now when i hook the vm up to a 6x16, the vm works fine and can get into it, but when I go back to hook it into the cics, just get nothing... anyhelp would be great, thanks

incompatible software - > get a flash with newer sw

wOW, thats weird, because when i look into the manual, it says, all cics and mics works with flash voicemails... I am so confused.....

Flash 1.9 or higher and it should work

Anything lower than CICS 7.0 needs 1.9
MICS/CICS 3.0 1.7 (Version 1.9 if Companion is being used)



Never heard of 5.0 CICS
iether down grade ksu
or upgrade flash


Correct software version is key
if you dont know it and cant find it hire someone who can

Flash ver 2.0 should work with anything out there.
