Flash press * not going to general delivery

Hi,

MICS 4.0 and Flash 4.2.

After the company greeting the AA prompt to press * to leave a message seems to 'loop' as in it keeps prompting you to enter a mailbox number or press * to leave a message, what happened?

I dont think it's recognizing the *, should i press *0???

Pressing * will prompt you to leave a message or return to previous menu's, what is it you wanted star to do?
