Hi all,

I'm a developer who needs to test in multiple Flash Player versions. One day I might need Flash player 7 the next day I might need Flash player 9 installed.

I'm aware of Virtual PC, also KewBee Plugin switcher (which is often very flaky). What I really need is a sure fire way of completely removing Flash Player from my machine and Installing it without the standard uninstallers from Macromedia which doesn't completely remove the software from the registry files.

Does anybody have a bullet proof solution, it would be a massive help to me.

Thanks very much guys.

In Flash CS3, you can choose which version of Flash to compile to. However, I'm not sure if this is the exact same as running a different player.

If you want to be absolutely 100% sure, I'd say different virtual PCs or images would be the way to go. Check out VM Ware.
