Flash Movie Plays on 22 in LCD TV

Hello everyone,
I am planning to create a Flash movie which will play on 22 inches LCD TV. I don't know what dimension I take to set for the Flash movie in order to fit on the 22 inches LCD TV screen?
Please give me a hand.

Will this be a projector file? An .exe rather than a .swf?
Do you want it to appear fullscreen?
I guess those large screens work on a 16/9 ratio...

It will play on 22 inches flat TV. Should I save the file in .exe or .swf?

I just created a movie with 1280x720 (16/9 ratio) and view it in a projector with a set up of 16:9. There are 2 blank spaces on the top and bottom. I am wondering why the 2 blank spaces are there! (When the projector was set to 16:9, I saw the screen look like the vertical dimension was shrunk.)
Do you why the 2 blank spaces are there eventhough the dimension of the movie fits the projector set up?
