flash magnify section 2

hi,

i would like to build a flash movie for re-arranging organizational structures. My idea is to have an org tree draw out to the stage in flash, but scaled down to a certain percentage based on total number of org units, so all units are displayed on the stage, but they could be really small. I would like to have a box on the stage that is a window into the encompassing area, and display a magnified version of that spot elsewhere on the screen for the user to work with. How would you create that magnifying window?
