HI,

Im working on Flash CS3 and all I have a .wmv file supplied by the client. All I want to do is import or embed the video and click on it to play, however I dont seem to be able to import it? Can anyone explain why this may be? Does it have to be a quicktime movie??

Thanks
Bruce

Flash doesn't directly support WMV's, use the Flash Video converter supplied with Flash to convert it into an FLV file.

Thanks guys however, my file is currently a .wmv file that runs on a PC OK but my Mac doesnt recognise it as anything and therefore I cant drag and drop it in to the FLash Video convertor software... any advice?!

Cheers
Bruce.
