Flash CCR Tree construction

Hi - sorry for the lack of knowledge on our part -

We are creating a CCR tree with Nortel / Flash

We have

Path 0 (Home) / Menu (Press 1 for A, 2-B, 3-C)

Path 1 "Division A"
Path 2 "Division B"
Path 3 "Division C"

is it possible to subdivide the 3 paths to further branches?

I thought we could - with something like

/ Path 11 "Division A - Accounting"
Path 1 "Division A" ---- Path 12 "Division A - Admin"
\ Path 13 "Division A - Sales"

etc...

Thats right!
Path 1 is a Menu
Path 11,12, and 13 are Transfer Internal.

Then using my example would I then be able to branch
as follows....




Path 0 (Home) - Path 1(Div A) - Path 11 (Div A Acct) - Path 111(Joe Smith)?

So that with the CCR prompting

From Home menu - press 1 for Div A
From Div A menu - press 1 for Div A Accounting -
From Div A Acct menu - press 1 for Joe Smith?

That seems to be our trouble is - pressing one from that first branch has no effect.
