Strickly speaking a bad bios flash is your fault and not the manufactures.
You probably won't get an RMA if you tell them you tried to flash the board.
If you find you claim gets rejected then there are alternatives: like sending your bios chip away for reprogramming to a company like bad flash.
customers board, claimed Winflash program (which is provided by board maker) failed before flash was ever began causing no boot condition. Since this was done with mfgs.
program following instructions provided by the mfg. seems like it may be mfg. problem.
