I have a flash 4 connected to a 6x16,I have AA set up with simple CCR,with 2 incoming lines.
My problem I can't figure out is when I am on the only line that the flash answers,(right now it only answers one),and another call comes in,the GD mailbox answers on the first ring.
Can anyone give me a suggestion as to what settings may be wrong.
Thanks in advance,
Gary

If both lines ring on the set you are talking on, you probably have your set FOB (forward on busy)to your Flash 4.

I will check that out,I think they are FOB. But a silly question,if they aren't,then if the ext is busy, they won't go to the flash,is that right.
Thanks agsin in advance.

Anything that rings on a set will go directly to the Flash with FOB if the set is in use. Better to use FNA 4 rings or so, or have the other line not ring on your set.
