Let me start off, I am not a tech, I have a Norstar in my home, with 2 lines. I know just enough by reading the manuals and getting help on here to get by in programming.
I have a Flash 4 port, that was not used for aqbout a year, and when I decided I wanted to use it again, after some investigating, I found the PCI card went bad. So I had a spare one, replaced it and now works again.
What I can't remember, I believe when I used it last, I couldn't have any of the exts. be answered by the flash cause when an outside line would ring (I have 2 lines, all sets have both lines ring and appear),they would all be answered right away by the flash.
Is there a way around that, so I can have the 2 lines answered if no one picks up the phone, and also have the exts go to voicemail.

Thanks for any hgelp in advance, and sorry if this is tooo long.
