Flash 1.9 not booting on CICS 4.1

Hi guys

I have a flash version 1.9 installed on CICS 4.1
According to my readings they should be compatible but Flash is not booting on system. I tried maintenance, port and device shows "none". It should be saying STK1. I've tried.
1.Repunching connections
2.Tested ports with other phones and they worked
3. shut down system and rebooted flash first then the ICS

And nothing works

Is the flash defect?
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated

Try doing Feature 903 first

I've tried F903, f901, f9*1, F9*3 and evrything gives me innactive feature

Plug a phone into the station port to make sure that you have a good port.

4.1 mignt require a minimum 2.0.10 software card on the flash voice mail! to be seen

1.9 is good for CICS 4.1 per nortel
the sequence for reboot is ksu vm acd
shut down is acd vm ksu
reseat pcmia card
make sure you have power"meter it"
if voltage there than it prob shit the bed

Have you hooked it up to a computer yet w/hyperterminal to see what error's your getting?
