fixing/editing size of resize bars

Yeah... well it seems that I’ve found a way to screw up my OS again. While testing the install of some software for Windows 95 on XP it did the most bizarre thing to my OS. As soon as it finished installing and I opened the program, the resize bars on any window and the edge on the task bar expanded in size to maybe.. 50 times its normal size.

The only thing I could think of was reinstalling XP through doing the 'upgrade', which didn't fix anything.

If anyone has ideas on where I might find the code for this to change or anything, it would be appreciated.

oh jeeze. well. i figured it out right after posting. Go into properties from the desktop and change the theme.. and then just change it back to what you prefer. I cant belive it. HA
