fixing damage done by wscript.Kakworm?

Hello,
Have recently been infected by this virus. Although I have gotten rid of it, it has made my floppy drive(A) "unreadable" and has added another drive(B) that isn't there. I had to delete two files (AP1.dat and AP2.dat) that were infected. Any idea what those files are and how I can get my sytem back in order?

Advanced features in the bios, disable drive swapping. Unrelated to KAKWorm. AP1 and AP2 are not related to KAK as far as I can see. They may , however be incoming attachments to e-mails that were infected. Ed Fair
