Fixed table width and length 1

How do I make/set the width and length of a table to be fixed regardless if the user minimize/maximize the window?

Just set it to an explicit value and not to percents. This should already be enough...

with the <table> selected, in the properties palette you should see where it's asking for the width and height, with settings in either percent or pixels. If you select pixels and enter the size, you should be all set. - nichole
