Fixed IP address

Does having a fixed IP (internet) broadband address supplied by ISP make a network more susceptible than the usual transient one?

i dont think so. i think that is dependent on your gear, not your IP address

Your IP doesn't make a difference, it's whatever antivirus, anti-malware, spyware protection that you are using in order to mitigate the risk that is important.

Yes, thanks. That is entirely true. But it does'nt answer my question the most basic answer is probably Yes or No. I am not sure so was seeking some advice.
