Ok heres my situation.
I was planning on reinstalling windows on my box, so i got out my cd and booted it up. As i hurried through the process, i came to the partitoning screen and accidentally deleted my Media partition on my external usb harddisk.
Now i know the files are still there. I tried running TestDisk, and the drive isnt visible. I even took it out of the enclosure and hooked it up as a slave and it still doesnt show up. Somehow , another program i found was able to see the files on theree, but the only option was to copy the files to another location.
Is there any way to fix the partition?
