First time agent config requirement- CM 6

A customer has CM 6.3 and would like to implement ACD (skill based hunt groups) and agents.
They do not have any agent set up in the system, however there are agent licenses available.

What would it take to implement this? we have configured agent login id but they are unable to login.

check you system-parameter feature, page 11, see if they have EAS enabled.

No they don't, I believe EAS is a licensed feature and needs to be paid for.
