ok here is the problem when I am trying to copy
load 11
request
brings column
enter CPY to copy
takes me back to request it does not like CPY??

cpy n where n is 1 to 32. how many copies do you want 1 to 32.

ok i only needed one but here is what is coming up now
what I am getting now is when I add the 5201 which is a working number it brings me back up to FTN

5201 looks like an extension and not a TN?

The last four digits of the extension is also the last four digits of their DID's.

It should look something like this:

REQ CPY 1 (number of phones to copy)
TYPE 2008 (variable - depends on phone you want to copy)
CFTN 4.0.2.11 (enter the TN of the phone you want to copy from)
TOTN 20.0.3.7 (enter the TN of the phone you want to copy to)
DN XXXX (here is where you will enter the extension of the new set)

Hope This Helps,

yes it worked and thanks again .... I do not know if I should keep you all asecret or pass you all on lol
