First Name and Last Name Option in Company's Number 1

Hi All,

Is there a way we can have an 2 option of like press 1 for last name or press 2 for first name to reach the person they want to call? currently we have only an option of pressing one option in which last name and first name at the same time.

There is no option in CallPilot or Meridian Mail to dial by first name.
You could fake it by creating directory entries with the actual first names programmed in the last name location.
Unless the company is very small I can't see this being very useful. Don't forget someone has to keep it up to date.
