Totally stumped (and apparently, so is Novell).

When a mailbox user from an external domain sends my company's user an email (format first.last@domain.com)it never reaches the recipient.

The messages is processed succuessfully by our third-party SMTP gateway, the GWIA then also processes the message and does not molest it. NOTE: the GWIA is on a different box than the PO. At some point, the Post Office drops or butchers the message/SMTP sender, but I don't when, where, or how!

Thanks in advance,

Greg

I would have two questions:

a. What version of GW are you running
b. Is Verbose logging selected on the POA

Hey FarOut,

GroupWise 6.5 SP2

Verbose logging is enabled at the PO.

Thanks in advance,

Greg

I haven't left Greg. Just that this pesky thing called work keeps getting in my way. I have a couple of thoughts on tracking an e-mail. I will get those into a form someone else besides myself can understand and post back.
