First Frame Snapshot of flv...

Hi Everyone,

I'm curious to know if it is at all possible to take a snapshop of the first frame or nth frame of an flv file and export that snapshop as an image file? I'm using the Flash Video Exporter to convert my videos to .flv format, ideally I would like an image snapshop of a frame in the flv i'm converting... is this at all possible?
