First Dynamic Cascading Parameter only returning 10 records

Hello Experts - Haven't used a simple dynamic cascading parameter in a long time. No commands or anything complicated here. Just one table, two fields.

Field A (we'll use State for example) drop box should display 50 states
then
Field B (City) drop box should display all cities for the selected state.

Nothing fancy.

For some reason, that first drop box is only displaying the first 11 records (states).
The second box works just fine with the state selected, but I'm not getting all 50 states.

What am I missing?

Using CR2013.

Forget it ... forgot about the 1000 record limit. Need a command after all. Thanx anyway! -TS
