Good day all.

I'm working on setting up my (and my company's) first Dect R4 installation. I am having an issue with the SARI code not coming through to the base station.

Oct 2017 DECT R4 install guide said:
7. Reset the base station.

8. Select the Services | Provisioning tab again. The Status should have changed to Connected. If not, a user name/password
mismatch may have caused the IP Office service user account to become disabled, check the settings and re-enable the user.

9. Select DECT | SARI. The value of the SARI entered into the IP Office configuration should now also be visible in the base station configuration.

My status shows as Active, not Connected, and when I check point 9 it does not show the SARI. I've verified that the service user is still enabled.

I'm not afraid to admit I'm a little lost trying to figure out how to get this to work.

The IPO is brand new R10.1, the master base has been upgraded to 10.0.7. I've attempted to ignore the issue but the handsets won't subscribe.

Any advice you can give will be most helpful.

Are you doing a provisioned or normal installation?
If provisioned then you need to enter the sari in the IPO.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

Doing a provisioned install and the SARI is entered into the IPO as per the documentation.

Another main indicator that things are wonky is that the blue light on the master base gives a fast blink and never goes solid.

Have you enabled Dect R4 in security settings in IP office.
