i have a prologix running CM 2 with a brand new CLAN and older Medpro. i am trying to upgrade the firmware for both boards but am having no luck. i login using binary and can get the files up there but they wont upgrade. i tried both signed and unsigned bins. i rebooted the PBX. i get a 513 aux 2 and 258 aux 1 error. i was able to do upgrades with the previous CLAN in this switch. any suggestions? i also got rid of all of the old clan programming and did a reset sys 1 then put all of the programming back.

I just had the same problem with a S8720 g650 pair last night.

Ended up putting a new CLAN with OLD firmware into the switch and then upgraded the medpro & Val (everything else was up to date).

Interestingly enough...I uploaded the new medpro firmware to the "broken" C-Lan card and ran the test (which had been formerly failing) and it passed. Like something got stuck in memory...
