firmware update phones 5410 en 5420

Hallo,

I still have the problem with an IPO406 that after a reboot of the system still al digital phones doing an firmware update. The soft on the centrale is 4.0.5.

Is there some one can tell me wat the problem is.

If possible upgrade the system, 4.0.5 is a really buggy release of software, if you can't or don't want to do that you can still get the handsets working, you need to point the TFTP server address in the IP Office to a PC running Manager and have Manager open/minimized and that will allow the handsets to download the required firmware, each handset takes around 4 mins to upgrade/downgrade but it will only do 4 or 5 at once I think it is.

P.s Make sure the firewall is off/shutdown on the PC
