Firmware question

I'm having trouble joining new extensions. Current IP 710 phones are running version 060B.010B.1353. I have a few newer IP 710 phones running 070E.010B.2135 and I am unable to join them. After the #27 screen and entering the new extension and password, I get "Registering" for a few seconds then back to the #27 request. I'm running Altiware 5.0A with update 4. Is there any way to get these newer firmware versions to work?

If anyone else runs into this problem, you can get older versions of the firmware here:

It includes the program to run TFTP and you can set your phones to Yes for Boot download and it will roll the firmware version back.

You need to downgrade the Firmware on the phones. Your 5.0A system is probably using the H.323 protocol and with 5.1 it changed to SIP. These new phones will only work with SIP Servers. There should be a TFTP program on your system so that you can send new firmware to the phones.
