Fireworks and Internet Explorer Security

Hi,
I am totally new to Fireworks, and am curious why Internet Explorer asks for permission to run active content when I preview what I created while when I go to other websites that are created with Fireworks, dreamweaver, etc I recieve no warning or anything. Why does it do that, how do I fix it, and sorry if this is more like an IE problem but if it was shouldn't IE ask for permission for every site I visit that has fireworks? Thanks
