Can someone recommend a firewall solution for our SBS network for about 40 users incl. wireless and vpn connections
I was thinking PIX firewall.
Or should i just use the default 2 NIC setup with SBSbut i have never worked with SBS 2003 firewall solution.

At the risk of starting an argument :), I would only ever have 1 nic in any SBS box. I can recommend Draytek Vigor routers, simple to use and cost effective.

I have been very pleased with the operation and administration of my SonicWALL T-170 appliance. About US$200/year for gateway AV & anti-spyware, Global VPN clients, deep stateful packet inspection, daily updates etc. Basic box was US$500. It was purchased as an easier alternative to ISA, but using the 2-NIC system (it replaced a D-Link DI-804HV VPN/Firewall) we have the option for installing ISA in the future.

I've deployed at least Watchguard Edge devices. They are in the same price-range/feature set as the SonicWall TZ-170 and have been reliable and simple to configure.
