i have decided load Firefox on my kids pc.

my question(s) are, what are the tips/tricks/tweaks of Firefox users?

specifically for Windows ME (i know, i know).

please do not give comparisons to other browsers - stick with Firefox only.

One of the most beneficial aspects (if I could only choose one) is the Adblock add-in. This is an extension that you can download. It will do one of two things for you: either not display certain advertisements, or not even download the advertisements.

Obviously, the better choice is the 2nd - not only do you not see ugly, space-wasting ads, but you save time on the page load.

You can specify which ads not to display, or you can specify different regular expressions to pretty much not show ANY advertisements.
