Hello,

I can't use FF on Youtube. It says " Either you have javascript turned off or an older version of Adobe Flash Player". I downloaded the new version of Flash and still get the same message. How do I handle the javasscript issue in FF. I looked in the TOOLS>OPTIONS section and looks like javascript is on..........any help appreciated.

Hi

Well, I can. With FireFox 2.0.0.6 and Shockwave Flash 9.0 r28.

What version of FireFox you have ?

Is your Flash plug-in listed on the about:plugins page ? Is it enabled ?

If you type this into the address bar and hit Enter, does the alert message appear ? [tt]javascript:alert('On');void(0)[/tt]

Feherke.

Hello Feherke,

I have the same version and it still does it. In fact, it is even doing it in IE6. I type in the code you wrote and it says everything is ENABLED. But, it did mention that FF default plugin isnt enabled.

I uninstalled FF and it worked for a while and then started saying Javascript is disabled.
