I've come into an organization whose Norstar MICS v4.1 vendor went belly up and gone (seems to be new equipment/clean install within the last two years). Although I'm scrounging through some paperwork to find bits and pieces of documentation, is there a way to find out the current PRI Enabler code if I can't find THAT paperwork...just in case?

The key codes are generated with the system ID in the formula, so with the system ID in hand, you can contact ITAS to get the keycodes back.

Thanx and which begs the question: the System ID will be found where, if I don't find that documentation?

Sorry, go into programming with:
FEATURE **266344
266344
Hit the NEXT key, or second button on the RIGHT about 8 times until you see "Software Keys"
press show, or the upper Right button and THERE IT IS.

MarvO, many thanks. Worked like a charm. Now to get in touch with ITAS...
