How do I find is an extension is assigned to a pickup group? It doesn't have a hunt assigned to it.

what ever is in the rnpg in the programming. right above you class of service.

the rnpg xx will have the pickup group number, pua and gpua should be assigned in cls.. in ld 81 lst return down to feat and enter pua, the next line ask for a group number, then enter the gpua number, you will get a list of all the members of that pickup group..

REQ: CHG
TYPE: 2616, 2006, 2008, ....
TN: 12 0 0 1
ECHG: YES
RNPG x
...

I get this

REQ: chg
TYPE: 3903
TN 17 1
ECHG yes
ITEM rnpg xSCH0030

If the pickup group is the rngp, then yes I do. It is listed: rngp 14

After i enter the tn it asks me for an item, not the rngp. so if I type rngp beside item it gives me errors, it I try to type rngp x it errors out also

OK do it the hard way. at echg type no and then enter through everything until you get to rnpg and then type x

at the rnpg prompt put in zero. ding ding. or at the item prompt put int rnpg 0.

Doh, somedays I think I should write a book, other days I think I need to read one.

I got it to drop the rnpg, but it still rolls to a different number. It looks like I am going to have to reprogram the extension...Thanks for all your help!

Rolling and rnpg are too different things, what are you trying to do????????

POST the TNB for that phone here and tell us what your trying to do.
