I'm currently able to find the ammount of the invoice in our database, but now I have to find how much has been paid, minux taxes.

I'm using the ARIBH.AMTINVCTOT filed for the amount billed. Where can I find what has been paid? I can easily subtract the taxes, if there is no tax free field.

Thanks.

This seems to be a hard way to find the information. Do you know the vendor? If so, couldn't you run a vendor transactions report and look through that?

What I'm trying to do is develop a stored procedure on a MSSQL server that will run daily to import data from ACCPACs pervasive database via a linked server.

The way our company works, each project we do has an internal number, which is the order number. I already built the query on ARIBH to pull the ammount we have billed the client, but I need to know how much the client has paid as well.

I really don't know the accpac software. my only accounting experiance is with Simply Accounting, I'm primarly a DBA and programmer.
