If a user deletes a record; Edit | Delete Contact etc. Can the Company name of the deleted record be found?

I can see the deletion in the Process Monitor Log but can't find a way of identifying what record was deleted.

Jeff,

Do you have the BR4 utility (can download it from under download>utilities) and place it in your Windows directory.

If your familiar with DOS then this is a real simply application.

Go to your DOS prompt (From Start>Run enter cmd) and then change to your GoldMine directory eg cd C:\Program Files\GoldMine
Then enter BR4 CONTACT1 and it will open up browsing your database. Press ALT +S (for search) and enter an expression of DELETED() and press Escape, it will take you to the first deleted record, you can hop through the process to find the others.

Hope this helps.

Regards,

Richard.
