finding a link from another workbook

When I open my workbook, it askes if i want to update from a linked workbook. how do i find out what the other workbook is? Next, how do i find what worksheet and cells are linked to this otheer workbook.

You may have to move your workbook from its current location so Excel has difficuly finding the linked worksheets and asks for their locations by name.
