Finding 911 calls on Ma4000

MA4000 is not call accounting software. The server could have had either MTS or CAll Audit loaded on them and that is a call accounting system. The question is which one do you have.
Second option: does the system have E-OSN installed?

EOSN is a separate licensed feature of OW5000
MA4000 and OW5000 will usually live on the same server. or
call audit I have never used. I would think it has a web interlace separate from the MA4000 link.
