find SPS settings (date, numbers, language...)

Hi,
how can I find the current settings of a SPS server?

I need to know which is the date format (the english "mm/dd/yyyy" or the italian "dd/mm/yyyy" or...).

Start-Programs-Administrative Tools-Internet Services- Web Server right click, Properties, Server Ext 2002 properties

In this case, perhaps you should modify the individual dates from VIEW under the properties of each page?

I think that I should read some registry keys...
