Question is simple: in what menu of IP Office Manager or System Status is displayed Edition of IP Office?

One way is to see in Licenses, and find out what licenses exist - Basic, Essential, Preferred or Advanced.

But this is not directly confirmation about active Edition on IP Office?

Regards,

When you open up Manager and click on open configuration. It brings up that Select IP Office Screen, and one of the columns is "Edition" and will say partner mode, ip office mode, or quick mode

or you can do the following

draw a white line in the road , fire a gun if the ipo starts running its in quick mode.

take it on a date ask it to marry you if it says yes its in partner mode.

If it acts as a telephone system and you can make calls its in IPO mode.

Well, the question was how to find out is IP Office running in Basic, Essential, Preferred or Advanced mode?

I suppose that I don't need a gun for that :)

Conclusion: there is no simple questions ?!

Questions can be simple but answer to those simple questions can be complicated :)

You can see it a couple of ways.

1) manager -> try to open a config, the selection screen shows the type of version the ipo is running.
2) Monitor -> login and look at the screen with the system information. It will show if it runs IPO mode or parnter or quick mode.
3) DTE, you will see the version running when you login by DTE and type at-debug and then system or when you reboot the system.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

Manager -> Selection Screen shows only version - IP Office (but not what Edition)
Monitor -> I did't found any info about version or edition.
DTE -> I didn't try, because it requires reboot of the system (which is not usually convinient in production).

Anyway, tlpeter thank you for the answer.

Manager -> Selection Screen shows only version - IP Office (but not what Edition)

That shows it is in ipo mode.
Otherwise it would have shown quick or other mode.

@tlpeter

There are so many spawns of IPO now that I think that plain-ole-IPO should be called IPO Classic.

Please no classic.
Classic means it is history :)
