Find Number of Concurrent Users

I'm developing a csharp windows application and integrating with ACCPAC 5.5 to pass data to IC module , and some times when number of users exceed the user licence limit , application passes a error "Accpac advantage error".(I'm accessing ACCPAC IC module by login as ADMIN(ADMIN user in ACCPAC) from csharp )

Does anyone know how to find Number of Concurrent Users logged into the Licence server at a particulate time (Csharp/VB code is expected)

OR how to read LIC file programmatically (Csharp/VB code is expected) so I can decide how much Licence users left to be logged in.

There is no known method to do that, you're stuck with Accpac,s Help, Lanpak Users screen.
