I have 4 3250T 3Com Switches. I dont have the interface cable for them, is thier a way to get the IP information for the switch?

Download a free util; 3com Network Supervisor and run it to discover your network. If they are running in the same group, it will discover them and give you easy access.
If they are not currently running and have randon IP adr, you need a serial cable (null) and can talk to the switches with Hyperterm, or any term program. Default PW is prob user; security PW; security
Search tek-tips for your specific model, I had success with a 3300 and full reset with
Login: 3comcso
Password: RIP000
but this does vary with model

old post but another way is to reserve a IP on the DHCP server according to the MAC address. reboot the switch and it's set.

if your switch is in unmanaged role then you need a null cable.
