Find IP Address of Callpilot

I have a customer that recently swapped out there PC and now does not know the IP Address for their callpilot. I always thought there was a feature code that would tell you the IP Address from a set, but I'm at a loss for what it is. Does anyone know this feature code or else a different way to determine what the IP address is?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

No Ftr code from set. You need a serial connection 9-pin, null, 9600, 8, none, and 1. Reboot Call Pilot and watch screen, it will be displayed. I might be wrong on null, but you got a 50/50 shot.

elan that will give the info you need.

I was trying to avoid having to go on site and just find a solution I could relay over the phone. Didn't happen, so I just plugged in my laptop and hypertermed in...
